Executive Leadership

Jude Bricker has served as our Chief Executive Officer since July 2017 and as a member of our Board of Directors since April 2018. Mr. Bricker has 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Allegiant Travel Company from January 2016 to June 2017, as well as various other leadership roles from 2006 to 2016. As Chief Operating Officer of Allegiant Travel Company, Mr. Bricker was the senior executive responsible for marketing, network, operations, treasury, fleet, scheduling, pricing, ancillary products, digital, distribution, charters, loyalty, and investor relations. From July 2004 to May 2006, Mr. Bricker was a finance manager at American Airlines. Mr. Bricker holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas. Additionally, Mr. Bricker served as an infantry officer with the United States Marine Corps from 1996 to 2002. As the Company’s current Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bricker is a valuable member of our Board of Directors because he has a direct connection to senior management and the benefit of management’s perspective on the Company’s business and immediate strategic goals. He provides leadership, extensive knowledge of the Company, and insight on the day-to-day operation of the business.

Mr. Zubeck brings more than 30 years of business experience to Sun Country, including more than 20 years of airline leadership roles. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Mesa Airlines from 2021 to 2023. Prior to Mesa, for 20 years Mr. Zubeck held roles at Alaska Airlines in finance, audit, cargo operations, and commercial partnerships. He led the successful integration of Virgin America into Alaska Airlines.

His business experience includes serving as CFO for two private companies in the Seattle region, including the Seattle Hospitality Group, and business consulting, financial planning, and non-profit management.

Mr. Zubeck earned his bachelor’s degree at Stanford University and MBA at Eastern Michigan University.

Rose Neale is Sun Country’s Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President. Ms. Neale also serves as the Company’s Corporate Secretary. Prior, she served as Sun Country’s General Counsel since 2022 and, before that, Associate General Counsel and Vice President. Prior to joining Sun Country in 2021, she was managing counsel of Castlelake, a top quartile private equity investment advisor where she had legal oversight for Castlelake’s aviation investments, debt and equity raising. She has also practiced corporate law and was legal counsel for an investment firm. She received her JD from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and her BS from the University of Arizona. She has a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law. In addition, Ms. Neale serves as the Vice Chair and Chair of the National Air Carriers Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Minnesota Make-a-Wish, where she is the Chair of the Governance Committee.

Mr. Coley currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Operations, overseeing Tech Ops, Inflight, Organization Research and Analysis, Safety and Security, and SOC. Prior to this, he served as Sun Country’s Vice President, Technical Operations since January 2025. Before then, Mr. Coley served as Director of Base Maintenance for United Airlines since 2023, worked in a number of roles at HAECO Americas and held roles with TIMCO Aviation Services from 2005 to 2012. He began his career as an Airframe and Powerplant Technician. Mr. Coley received an A & P from Guildford Technical College. Mr. Coley has over 22 years of operational and industry experience, which will allow him to bring strong strategic insights to the Sun Country operation.

Eric Levenhagen is Senior Vice President and Chief Integration Officer at Sun Country. Prior to being named CHRO in 2022, he served as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer. Levenhagen joined Sun Country in 2016 as General Counsel. Prior to that, Levenhagen was Assistant General Counsel at Landmark Aviation, an aviation services company, and before that, a practicing corporate attorney. He was an adjunct professor of business law and ethics at Belhaven University from 2010-2016. Before practicing law, Levenhagen served in marketing and finance roles at several companies including Northwest Airlines. He received his BS degree from Texas Christian University and his JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

Jim Stathopoulos has served as Chief Information Officer at Sun Country Airlines since January 2023. He has more than 20 years of experience in various IT leadership roles. Before joining Sun Country, Stathopoulos worked at United Airlines as Managing Director of Digital Technology for airports, network operations, contact centers, enterprise architecture and Airshop, the airline’s innovation hub. He also has held IT leadership roles at Akamai Technology and Accenture. Stathopoulos received his BS in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.

Colton Snow serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Sun Country Airlines (NASDAQ: SNCY). In his role, he leads the teams responsible for Brand, Communications, Customer Acquisition, eCommerce, Ancillary Revenue, Loyalty, and Customer Service and Experience. He also oversees Network Planning, Revenue, and Charters. Previously, Colton spent six years leading the Sun Country eCommerce and Product teams and six years with Allegiant (NASDAQ: ALGT), where he served in leadership positions in loyalty and customer experience. He received a BS in Finance & Information Systems from the University of Montana.
